Processed and delivered within 4 to 7 working days by Evri. Does not include weekends or bank holidays.
Gift cards are delivered free of charge.
Charge of £3.50 for orders under £40.
£40 free delivery threshold based on the sub-total shown in the bag after all order and product discounts have been applied.
Express delivery with Evri.
Order by 5pm Monday to Friday for next day express delivery with Evri.
All orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Extended delivery includes Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some UK mainland areas.
Collect In-Store Free - Free
Orders will arrive in-store within 14 days from ordering.
Collect In-Store Standard - Free to £1.99
Orders placed by 5pm on weekdays will be delivered to store within 3-5 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is free on orders over £40. Orders under £40 will have a delivery charge of £1.99
Collect In-Store Express - £2.99
Orders placed by 5pm on weekdays will be delivered to store within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Once your order has arrived in-store, we will telephone you to let you know your order is ready to collect. You will have up to 21 days to collect your order. To find your nearest store visit our Store Locator page

EU Zone 2 - £14.99 / €17.98
5 to 10 Working Days: Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia
10 to 14 Working Days: Bulgaria, Malta
Is my EU order Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)?
Yes, duties and taxes for your country are calculated at the checkout. This means that your order will be cleared through customs without you having to pay any additional charges.
Please Note: Izabel London, Mudflower and H&H are excluded from EU shipping.
