Bonus Club Terms & Conditions

1. You may only use your Bonmarché Bonus Club account in Bonmarché stores or Bonmarche concession stores, online at www.bonmarche.co.uk or when you call Bonmarché telephone orderline to place an order.

2. It is a condition of having a Bonus Club account that you provide Bonmarché with your contact details. By signing to accept these terms and conditions you become a member of the Bonus Club and agree that Bonmarché can use your personal information to manage and provide you with the Bonus Club loyalty programme, create tailored and personalised offers and discounts and contact you with these offers by mail, email, phone or SMS where you have not opted out. 3. The Bonus Club scheme is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding Bonmarché Colleague Discount Card Holders.

4. The benefits of Bonus Club are not transferable and can only be used by the Bonus Club Member to whom the account is registered.

5. To be eligible for any Bonus Club Rewards, including accumulating Spend & Save points, you must be a valid Bonus Club Member at the time of purchase and have identified yourself as such, by presenting your card or by completing our in-store identification and verification process or logging on to 'My Account' online.

6. To take advantage of Bonus Club promotions, Spend and Save discounts or other Bonus Club rewards you must present your Bonus Club card in-store at the time of redeeming or be logged into your online account.

7. You have the right to:

  • a. Access, update, or delete your personal information
  • b. Opt out of marketing communications
  • c. Terminate your Bonus Club account at any time
  • d. Request more details on how we process your data

To exercise your rights:

  • Click the "unsubscribe" link on any marketing email that you receive from us;
  • Call Customer Services on 0330 026 2728;
  • Write to Bonmarché, Global House, 5 Castle Street, Carlisle, CA3 8SY;
  • Go into “My Account” and updating your communication preferences;

8. On termination of your Bonus Club account any and all benefits accrued will be lost.

9. Bonmarché may enter into agreements with other companies to offer you additional benefits from your Bonus Club membership. If you choose to receive these benefits, we will need to pass your contact details to them.

10. If your card is lost or stolen, please notify us by ringing the helpline on 0330 026 2728 and a new card will be issued. Please notify the helpline if you change your address or wish to change your details. Calls are charged at National Rate.

11. The Bonmarché Bonus Club card issued to you remains the property of Bonmarché and must be surrendered upon request. It is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.

12. We can take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including closing or suspending your Bonmarché Bonus Club account and/or revoking any points and discounts accrued if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the Bonus Club scheme in any way.

13. In the case of dispute, the decision of Bonmarché shall be final and binding. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your Statutory Rights.

14. These terms and conditions don’t affect your Statutory Rights.

15. Bonmarché reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate the Bonmarché Bonus Club at any time, without the need for prior notice, be it written or verbal.

16. All promotions and mailings are subject to availability.

Spend & Save

1. As a Bonus Club member you are eligible to earn Spend and Save points on ‘Qualifying Purchases’. A ‘Qualifying Purchase’ is when you spend a minimum of £5 with Bonmarché excluding the purchase of any of the following:

  • a. Gift cards or vouchers
  • b. Delivery charges
  • c. Subscription fees for any additional services provided by Bonmarché.

2. For each and every whole £5 you spend, after any other discounts have been applied and on any ‘Qualifying Purchase’ at Bonmarché, you will be awarded 1 Spend and Save point. For example, if you spend up to £4.99, you will not receive any points, if you spend between £5 and £9.99, you will receive 1 Spend and Save point, and if you spend £10, you will receive 2 Spend & Save points.

3. 10 Spend and Save points entitle the member to a discount of 10% off ‘Qualifying Purchases’ on your next transaction. Points are added to your account and available to redeem up to 24 hours after the transaction was made to earn the points.

4. Only where your point balance is 10 or more at the start of a transaction can a Spend & Save discount be applied.

5. Only 1 Spend and Save discount can be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers and codes, Bonus Day discounts or as stated in that promotions conditions.

6. When you have an available Spend & Save discount you can redeem this by logging into your online account and clicking the ‘Redeem’ button in the Shopping Bag.

7. You can also redeem in-store, let a member of our team know when you’re at the till and remember to have your Bonus Club card with you.

8. The cash redemption value of each point is 0.001p.

9. To view your points balance online, earn points and be able to redeem your Bonus Club promotions, Spend & Save discounts and other discounts you must first create an online account at www.bonmarche.co.uk and be logged on when you checkout.

10. When any or all items are returned from a transaction where Spend & Save points were earnt, 1 Spend and Save point will be deducted for every whole £5 refunded.

11. Where 10 Spend and Save points were redeemed and 10% discount applied, the 10 points will not be refunded.

12. When you choose to exchange item(s) purchased using your Spend and Save discount, the discount will be reapplied to the same number of replacement item(s).

13. All points active within your Bonus Club account will automatically expire at 11:59pm on the 28th February 2025, including points earned up until this time.

14. From the 1st March 2026 Bonmarché Bonus Club points will be valid for a duration of 12 months.

15. If your card is lost or stolen or you need to update any of your details, please let us know by:

  • a. Emailing shop@bonmarche.co.uk;
  • b. Visiting any UK Bonmarché store, or;
  • c. Calling Customer Services on 0330 026 2728
